Rutgers football is heading into a highly anticipated season as the Scarlet Knights continue to build momentum under Greg Schiano, and plenty of fans are clamoring to get inside SHI Stadium to see the team up close in 2024.
The Scarlet Knights feature an elite defense and return the Big Ten’s leading rusher in Kyle Monangai. Rutgers also benefitted from the elimination of divisions in the Big Ten, and this season have a schedule that’s without behemoths like Ohio State, Michigan and Penn State.
Schiano’s team will have home games against two conference newcomers in Washington and UCLA.

Rutgers football is heading into a highly anticipated 2024 season.
Tickets for the season opener against Howard on Aug. 29 at SHI Stadium range from $10 to about $75 on StubHub, while they range from about $12 to $103 on VividSeats.
For the Big Ten opener against Washington on Sept. 27 at 8 p.m., tickets range from about $40 to $160 on StubHub, the highest prices being around midfield. Tickets start out at about $42 on VividsSeats and go up to around $279 in the lower level.
