2024 college football Week 0 picks against the spread, odds, lines, trends: Top Vegas expert makes picks

The ACC takes center stage during the Week 0 college football schedule as three teams from the new-look conference are in action. Florida State and Georgia Tech kick off the season in Ireland at noon ET on Saturday, Aug. 24. The Seminoles are 12.5-point favorites in the Week 0 college football odds via SportsLine consensus.
