It is a new era in the SEC as the Texas Longhorns and Oklahoma sooners join the conference and Texas joins the SEC and probably the best way possible coming off of beating Alabama on the road and getting to the college football playoff for the first time in program history last year.

Ole Miss picked up some of the top talent in the transfer portal this past off season and with an already talented roster including third year starting quarterback Jackson Dart Lane Kiffin led the Reds to the 1st 11 win season in program history last year.

But with a revamped roster, can they do more with two new teams and possibly even eight serious contenders for the college football playoff?
