The US LBM Coaches Poll is out following college football Week 1 action, and there are a few major changes that dropped in the most recent version.

Ohio State football has remained unchanged at No. 2; however, it did go from seven first-place votes down to three. Top-ranked Georgia thrashed now No. 22 Clemson in its first game, a primetime noon Saturday battle, retaining the top spot and the majority of first-place votes.

The Buckeyes are joined in the top ten by fellow Big Ten sides Oregon, Penn State, and Michigan. The SEC still does reign supreme though with Georgia, Texas (No. 3), Alabama (No. 4), Ole Miss (No. 5), and now Missouri (No. 10).

There wasn’t a ton of shake-up among the top-25 teams, but USC, with its impressive win over LSU in Las Vegas Sunday, did jump to No. 14 after being No. 23 a week prior.

LSU and Clemson were the major losers between the two weeks with Oregon, despite winning Saturday, being an honorable mention. The Ducks dropped from No. 3 to No. 6 after being Idaho 24-14.
