We’re off and running… the 2024 season and quest for a College Football Playoff national championship is underway. While it may have got off to a slow start, Ohio State football looks to be as good as advertised. I know, I know, Akron certainly isn’t a great measuring stick, but the Buckeyes did what the Buckeyes were supposed to do. Was it a perfect showing? No. But rarely is the first game of the season flawless, so now we have something to improve upon.
Next up, the Western Michigan Broncos. Western Michigan will be a better team than the Zips. The Broncos did put up a pretty good fight against Wisconsin over the weekend. Only down three points at halftime, the Badgers would pull away in the fourth quarter to win by a score of 28-14. However, Ohio State should still match up well against Western Michigan as the Bucks look to continue to gel as a team.
