How every Oklahoma college football team fared in Week 3 of 2024 season

Week 3 of the 2024 college football season is in the books.

Here’s how every non-Division I college football team in the state of Oklahoma fared.

NCAA Division I

Oklahoma

No. 15-ranked OU (3-0) earned a 34-19 home win over Tulane in Week 3. The Sooners were led by sophomore quarterback Jackson Arnold, who completed 18 of his 29 passes (62.1%) for 169 yards, one touchdown and one interception. He also ran the ball 14 times for 97 yards and two touchdowns. Next up is a home game against No. 6 Tennessee at 6:30 p.m. Saturday.

Oklahoma State

No. 14 OSU (3-0) earned a 45-10 road win over Tulsa in Week 3. The Cowboys were led by redshirt senior quarterback Alan Bowman, who completed 24 of his 31 passes (77.4%) for 396 yards, five touchdowns and one interception. Next up is a home game against No. 12 Utah at 3 p.m. Saturday.

Tulsa

Tulsa (1-2) suffered a 45-10 home loss to OSU in Week 3. The Golden Hurricane’s top performer was sixth-year wide receiver Kamdyn Benjamin, who caught six passes for 94 yards. Next up is a road game against Louisiana Tech at 6 p.m. Saturday.

NCAA Division II

Central Oklahoma

Central Oklahoma (2-0) earned a 57-40 home win over No. 2 Central Missouri in Week 3, and Jett Huff led his team to the upset victory. The sophomore quarterback completed 42 of his 54 passes (77.8%) for 457 yards, three touchdowns and one interception. He also ran the ball eight times for 35 yards. Next up is a road game against Nebraska-Kearney at 7 p.m. Saturday.

East Central

East Central (0-2) suffered a 28-20 road loss to Southern Arkansas in Week 3. The Tigers’ top performer was senior wide receiver K.J. Peoples, who caught six passes for 73 yards. Next…
