Romeo Doubs landing spots: Potential trade destinations for Packers WR, including Chiefs, Steelers, Commanders

There appears to be trouble in paradise between the Green Bay Packers and Romeo Doubs. The veteran receiver was a non-participant in practice both Thursday and Friday, which has led to Doubs being suspended one game by the team for “negatively” impacting the team with his “decisions and actions.”

Doubs was previously listed as doubtful for the club’s Week 5 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams due to personal reasons. Since that final injury report was released, there’s been more information that’s brought some clarity — albeit ominous clarity — to the situation. 

Doubs reportedly is upset with his role within the Packers offense and decided to skip out on those practices to end the week because of that dissatisfaction. That decision has since led to the Green Bay front office suspending Doubs for one game, meaning he will be out for Week 5. Through the first month of the season, the 24-year-old has 20 targets, which is second on the team behind Jayden Reed and Dontayvion Wicks, who both have 22 targets.
