Pine Forest’s wideout collects over 12,000 votes to win 910Preps Midseason Offensive Player of the Year

The NCHSAA football season is in the latter half of the season as week 8 approaches and midseason player of the year voting has concluded.

In this year’s 910Preps Midseason Offensive Player of the Year poll, 13 athletes graced the nominees list, and 29,155 votes were cast.

After collecting 12,759 votes, Pine Forest’s senior wide receiver Dominic Madkiff is your 910Preps Midseason Offensive Player of the Year winner for his solid numbers so far this season.

Just halfway through the season, Madkiff has caught 20 passes in a dual-quarterback system for 445 yards receiving and corralled in three touchdowns, including a season-long 67-yarder versus Terry Sanford. The senior is No. 1 in the All American conference in yards and 12th in the 4A classification.
