No. 10 Clemson has been one of the hottest teams in college football over the last month. The Tigers have been cooking, and now they get a Wake Forest team that has given up some big numbers on the scoreboard.

After putting up three points in their Week 1 loss to Georgia, the Clemson offense has been a juggernaut for the last four games. In particular, quarterback Cade Klubnik has looked rejuvenated. He has completed 64.3% of his passes for 1,219 yards, 14 touchdowns and two interceptions.

The Clemson offense may be back, but the defense never left. That side of the ball is as strong as usual, and it should give this Demon Deacons offense some serious problems.

Wake Forest did just snap a three-game losing streak with a 34-30 win over a reeling NC State program. The Demon Deacons did get out-gained by 104 yards, but they were able to hold the Wolfpack to field goals instead of touchdowns on multiple drives.

If Wake Forest is going to pull off the upset this weekend, quarterback Hank Bachmeier has to find a rhythm in the offense. Last week, he completed just 50% of his passes for 154 yards, two touchdowns and an interception.
