Meanwhile, the Detroit Lions are +250 underdogs to win the NFC Championship Game in their first playoff run since the early 1990s. They’ll travel to California to take on Christian McCaffrey and the San Francisco 49ers, who came from behind to defeat the Green Bay Packers in the previous round of the 2024 NFL playoffs.
