DeShaun Foster: Somebody has to be ranked last, and as is usually the case, it’s a newcomer who has yet to coach a game. Foster is in a unique spot. Fran Brown: This hire is one that I look forward to following. Brown was a good coach and incredible recruiter for Georgia, but will his recruiting acumen translate to upstate New York?
