Top 2025 Michigan football target sets commitment date

Michigan football hasn’t gotten top-tier receiving talent via recruiting in some time. Even when you look at the four-stars that Michigan has brought in, quite rarely are they in the top 100 of any of the recruiting services.

There’s a solid chance that might change this year.

One of the prospects that the Wolverines are all in on is 2025 Fulshear (Tx.) Katy Jordan four-star wide receiver Andrew Marsh who is rated in the top 100 according to all but On3’s proprietary rankings. And now we know when he’ll make his pledge known.

According to The Michigan Insider’s Sam Webb (subscription required), Marsh will be making his pledge to his school of choice on August 28.

Marsh had told WolverinesWire that he would either be committing on his father’s birthday in August or on Veteran’s Day in November, as a tribute to him and his departure as well as his military service.

Here is how Marsh ranks according to the recruiting services:

Currently, Michigan has two receivers committed in four-star Jacob Washington and three-star Phillip Wright — both Louisiana natives. Aside from Marsh, the maize and blue are also in the mix for five-star wideout Jerome Myles from West Jordan (Utah) Copper Canyon who was previously committed to Ole Miss and visited Ann Arbor for the BBQ at the Big House.

As for Marsh, he’s currently got two predictions on 247Sports and four on On3 that he’ll choose the Wolverines.
